Barry Freeman, a lifelong Arizonan has been a rancher, cowboy, wind miller, vet, hunter, author and cartoonist.

Barry has illustrated his own book, "Recollections of Twisting Tails and Trails' and provided cartoons for other periodicals such as the Arizona Daily Star and two livestock publications.

The lingo and wit in Barry's cartoons leaves no doubt that he has long been a participant in the cowboy culture of the American West. "My strongest feelings and fondest memories are reserved for the times I spent with the cowboys whom I have been privileged to know! It is my pleasure to illustrate their cowboy wit and humor!"

Barry and his wife, Valerie, live in Tucson, Arizona.
